The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a broad range of brokerage support, including compliance assistance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Medicare, public sector requirements, and other pertinent federal and state regulations.
Key responsibilities also include claims analysis and reporting, support for employee communication and benefits enrollment, wellness and Medicare program support, and additional strategic services such as renewal negotiations, underwriting, plan design, benchmarking, and cost containment strategies.
