The selected firm will deliver strategic planning and advisory support, utilizing trend analysis, forecasting, and benchmarking against peer institutions to optimize benefits offerings.

The scope of work includes underwriting and actuarial services such as detailed rate, premium, and administrative fee analysis and recommendations. The vendor will also be responsible for day-to-day vendor management, including issue resolution on billing, claims, and administrative matters, as well as providing utilization and financial reporting.

Additionally, the services encompass employee communication assistance, ongoing compliance and regulatory support, and administration support. The contract will span a three-year period, with all questions regarding the RFP due by March 17, 2026.
