DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in Yuma, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide employee benefit services. The selected vendor will be responsible for administering an employer-paid Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (ADD) plan that matches or closely resembles the current plan being offered.

As a minimum requirement, respondents must provide coverage that aligns with the benefits outlined in the existing policy.
