The Town of Firestone, Colorado is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive employee benefit brokerage consultation services. The selected consultant will assist with the design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the Town’s employee benefits program.
Responsibilities include supporting plan administration by responding to employee inquiries, preparing reports, providing total compensation statements, and offering continued consulting and support throughout the plan year. The consultant will also be tasked with regular reporting and communication with the Human Resources team, providing updates on plan performance, market conditions, and improvement recommendations.
