The City of Hudson, New Jersey, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP) services for its active employees and eligible dependents. The EAP is designed to offer professional counseling services addressing a wide range of personal and professional issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, drug use, gambling addiction, decline in job performance, intimate partner violence, financial problems, catastrophic illness, family and marital problems, depression, anxiety, stress management, and grief and loss.
Additionally, the program is to encompass wellness and health services, employee training on topics such as conflict resolution and mental health, physical fitness support (including fitness videos), support for isolation and loneliness, and in-person workshops. The initiative aims to provide holistic support to enhance employee well-being and performance within the City. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 12, 2026.
