KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience administering an EFAP for an organization of similar size
Counsellors must have at minimum a master’s degree in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counselling, or other relevant fields
Counsellors must be fully licenced and insured
Must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence
Must maintain Professional Liability insurance with limits of not less than $2,000,000
Must comply with AODA, PHIPA, MFIPPA, and WSIB requirements
Must provide 24/7 crisis and emergency counselling
Must provide proof of certification of any association that counsellors are a member in good standing

DESCRIPTION
