(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency room fast track temporary service to the government authority located in St. Thomas, VI. – This project involves the temporary renovation of an existing Emergency Room Fast track, Patient Access and Triage area to help improve patient flow. – This conversion supports the operational needs of emergency department staff and enhances workflow efficiency. – The scope includes demolition, ceiling modifications, electrical upgrades, adjustments, lighting upgrades, and new wall construction or reconfiguration. (2) A pre–bid conference had been held on December 18, 2025. (3) All questions had been submitted no later than December 22, 2025.
