This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive emergency medical services billing and revenue cycle management solutions in New Mexico. All services must be delivered through a secure, fully paperless process and cover the entire billing lifecycle from initial claim creation to final account resolution.

Requirements include intake and validation of all trip documentation, insurance eligibility verification, accurate charge capture, and claim construction. The vendor should offer coding support in compliance with billing, diagnosis, and procedure coding standards, submitting both electronic and paper claims as needed. Additional responsibilities involve clearinghouse rejection monitoring, claim status tracking, denial prevention and resolution workflows, appeal submissions, deposit reconciliation, identification of financial adjustments, and secure data exchange processes.

The transition plan must address onboarding data, handling open claims and accounts receivable, and ensuring a stable go-live process. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 3, 2026.
