(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical service (EMS) computer aided dispatch (CAD) software. – Provide software system maintenance for the existing emergency medical service (EMS) computer aided dispatch (CAD) software system. – Must have experience integrating the EMS CAD System Software into Fire Department daily operational activities. – Must manage a twenty–four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week telephone service hotline 365 days a year. – Must have knowledge of the standards of functionality for all software developed and installed in the CAD and the message switch system. – Must employ sufficient experienced staff to undertake the management of the EMS CAD System. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 05, 2026.
