Ellucian Student SaaS Migration Services

The issuing organization in Michigan seeks a vendor to provide Ellucian Student SaaS migration services. The selected vendor will support a baseline migration effort that includes managing implementation, schedule, risks, stage gates, and assigned deliverables. The work also includes defining and configuring delivered Ellucian Student processes, guiding adoption of the standard SaaS model, configuring workflows, roles, and baseline functionality, and providing migration tools, conversion support, and validation assistance.

In addition to the baseline implementation, the vendor will support client-side migration activities. This includes coordinating client-side workstreams with the baseline implementation, redesigning procedures, forms, and processes not covered by the standard model, and preparing agency data through extraction, cleansing, transformation, correction, and reconciliation, including Uni data preparation. The vendor will also assess, redesign, rebuild, and test client-managed, third-party, and custom interfaces.

The scope further includes reviewing legacy and non-baseline reports, dashboards, extracts, customizations, workflows, and eForms to determine whether they should be retired, replaced, rebuilt, or remediated. The selected firm will also test client-side deliverables, coordinate end-user training, support cutover activities, and provide supplemental post-go-live support.
