(1) Vendor needs to provide elementary entrance construction service to the government authority located in Springfield, GA.– Construction of a dedicated left–turn lane and deceleration lane by widening the existing roadway, installing subgrade and base materials, placing asphalt pavement, adjusting and relocating drainage structures, utility relocates, adding signage and striping, and providing all necessary traffic control during construction. (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 19, 2025. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.
