A Texas agency is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for an Electronic Warrant software system designed to digitize and automate the process of obtaining and executing search warrants. The system must allow law enforcement personnel to submit applications and magistrates to review and approve them electronically via computers, smartphones, or tablets.

Key features include standalone electronic warrant functionality, various warrant templates or custom template creation, configurable workflows (including a rejection workflow), integrated recorded video conferencing for oath and affirmation, secure digital signatures with agency seal placement, and the ability to lock documents after magistrate signature. The system should offer robust access and retention management, tracking, auditing, and reporting capabilities with timestamping for warrant issuance dates and times.

The software must comply with Texas law, agency standards, and government data security and encryption requirements. Additional requirements include backup storage guarantees, extensive customization options (such as user preferences, management, and permissions), mobile application compatibility (please specify supported platforms: iOS, Android, Windows), barcode printing compatibility with the free3of9.ttf font, and integration with jail and court processes for generating transfer warrants from the jail.
