(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic voting services to the government authority located in Wayland, MA.– Services shall include a fully operational electronic voting system including an individual voting device provided to each voter and technical support for setup and use; monitoring and tallying services; and a system design, equipment and software that assures accuracy of count, tallying and reporting of outcome within 30 seconds of close of vote, and verification of voting (2) A pre–bid voluntary site visit will be held on December 22, 2025. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026. (4) The contract period will be for one year.
