(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic timekeeping software.– Agency is seeking proposals for SaaS software–based tool for timekeeping purposes.• The agency seeks a proposed software to provide the following core capabilities:– Allow employees to enter and submit electronic timesheets– Enable managers to review and approve employee timesheets electronically– Provide seamless integration with the agency’s payroll system, BS&A Software, export to csv file may be suitable for this requirement, provided specific information can be included in the file– Only Certified Time & Attendance Partners with BS&A will be considered– Fifteen (15 to Twenty (20) Biometric Time Clocks– Offer secure, cloud–based access for both employees and managers– Support compliance with applicable labor and data privacy regulations– Include reporting and audit trail features for timekeeping and approvals(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
