(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic ticketing support solution.– Ticketing solution software, laptops, printers, printer paper, and ticket scanning equipment.– Include advance internet ticketing sales, box office sales, parking fee sales, mobile ticketing vending machines, bulk ticket printing, support services, and ticket validation (access control) components.– Access to reports of tickets sales and demographic data.– To act as a third party for merchant processing, including collecting, processing and depositing all proceeds from credit card sales of tickets into a secure trust account.– Ability to sell tickets online and through a box office during the fair.– Apply secure software development practices, deprecating unsafe functions, reducing entry points available to unauthorized users, reducing the amount of code that executes, and eliminating application programming interfaces (APIs) that are vulnerable to attacks.– Independent contractor must ensure ai models are protected from unauthorized changes and adversarial attacks.– Independent contractor must immediately notify the county of any security breach or incident involving AI systems that could impact county data security or systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 21,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
