This RFP seeks a vendor to deliver, install, and manage a fully integrated electronic ticketing solution for events. The system must utilize a secure, cloud-based platform that is PCI-DSS compliant, providing a fully branded, mobile-responsive website integrated with the primary event website. The ticketing interface must be ADA-compliant and offer secure payment processing options for cash, credit, debit, and digital wallets.

The solution should enable customizable ticket types, pricing tiers, fees, promotions, real-time inventory management, pre-sale codes, discount codes, bundles, and timed promotions. It must support automated confirmation emails, mobile ticket delivery, print-at-home ticketing, and fraud prevention alerts for duplicate and counterfeit scans. The vendor is responsible for supplying all requisite software, licensing, hardware, and dedicated support services.

Ticketing solutions must support multiple entry types, including single-day admission tickets, season passes allowing daily scans, bar-coded or QR-coded wristbands for unlimited daily scans, multi-point scan and validation for concert venue entry, and integration of 12 box office POS systems with 30 handheld mobile devices, alongside supplies and flexible numbers of self-service kiosks to meet operational needs.
