(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic records compliance system.– The system shall include implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing technical support to ensure successful adoption and sustainability.– The system shall automate tracking, notifications, badge updates, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.– The system should be scalable, cloud–capable (SaaS preferred), and mobile–accessible, and should integrate with existing agency platforms• Core System Modules and Features– Facilities Management– User Management– Compliance Management– Task Management– Logbook and Documentation– Appointment Scheduling– Badge Management(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026(3) The contract period will be for three years.
