The institution is renowned for its large kidney transplant program and a wide array of specialized health services that reach thousands daily.

The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive electronic prior authorization workflow system, including its implementation, thorough staff training, and ongoing support. Vendors are expected to submit a detailed work plan that outlines the implementation and onboarding process, specifying expected durations and key deliverables at various stages. The proposal should identify the timeline from contract execution to the anticipated go-live date, as well as address training requirements for relevant staff members positioned to use the tool.
