The selected vendor will be responsible for supporting and maintaining electronic poll books to ensure that all elections are conducted effectively and in compliance with agency election laws.

Responsibilities include managing and supporting agency-controlled EPBs and related technologies, such as PPP and ePulse, as well as being trained by the agency to perform these tasks. The services also involve configuring Apple iOS devices (such as disabling auto-lock and auto-update), managing poll pad apps, poll print pad apps, and overseeing network management software like Meraki or any equivalent software used by the agency. Vendors must support the ability to disable SIM cards for poll pads and poll print pads when they are not in use for elections.

The contract for these services will be for a two-year period and will require comprehensive maintenance and technical support for all relevant electronic poll book systems and associated technologies.
