Summary:
Ontario seeks a vendor to provide, configure, and support electronic patient records software with integration and customer service requirements.
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic patient records software. • Configuration, customization/design, solution set up, including calibration of compliance rules and quality assurance workflows • Integration setup, connection and testing • User acceptance testing (UAT) pre–live testing prior to go–live • Capability to provide data directly to County in real–time • Recommendations and limitations to hardware and OS platform and impacts to the project schedule and timelines based on these recommendations • Capability to securely integrate with the CIP and allow for secure bi–directional data sharing • Approach to customer service including the ability to track and report on open, in–progress, and closed requests, along with client ability to view and follow open; in–process and closed requests • Customer service objectives including: response times, prioritizing tickets, hours of operation, standard operating procedures, change management, incident management, escalation process, and monitoring (for both system and end user support) • Customer support from end–to–end during the project and following “golive”. Identifies technical support access methods for all users (e.g. by telephone, online chat, web conference, email, online help). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Dec 9, 2025.
