The province of Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, configure, and support electronic patient records software. The selected vendor will be responsible for the configuration and customization of the software, including calibration of compliance rules and the establishment of quality assurance workflows. The implementation process will involve integration setup, connection and testing, as well as user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to the official launch.
The solution must be capable of providing real-time data directly to the County and securely integrating with the CIP, enabling secure bi-directional data sharing. Vendors are expected to provide recommendations regarding hardware and operating system platforms, including any potential impacts on project schedules and timelines.
Additionally, the vendor must provide a comprehensive approach to customer service, outlining the ability to track, report, and allow clients to view the status of service requests. Objectives related to customer service should cover response times, ticket prioritization, hours of operation, standard operating procedures, change and incident management, escalation processes, and system and end-user monitoring. End-to-end customer support is required during both the implementation and post-launch phases, with technical support accessible via telephone, online chat, web conference, email, and online help.
