(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic medical system implementation service. – Developing an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. – This initiative aims to improve the overall quality, accessibility, and resilience of the health system, which is crucial given the challenges faced, such as a shortage of health workers and limited infrastructure. - Develop a patient management module for the storage and retrieval of patient demographics, medical history, and contact information. - Create a clinical documentation module for doctors to record patient encounters, including customizable templates for charting, diagnoses, and treatment plans. - Establish an appointment & scheduling system platform with functionality for front–office staff to schedule, manage, and send reminders for patient appointments. - Develop an e–prescribing module with the ability to generate and send electronic prescriptions directly to pharmacies, including drug–interaction checks. - Establish a lab & imaging integration module to order lab tests and diagnostic imaging and receive results directly into the patient's digital chart.
