The Government of Canada is seeking a vendor to provide an electronic medical records (EMR) system that includes a secure, web-based, self-service online portal for cloud service administration and management. The portal must support remote administration, user account management, single sign-on (SSO) capabilities, and multi-factor authentication. It should enable users to manage and modify user accounts and permissions securely.
The system must also offer real-time service health and status information, including resource usage statistics, thresholds, performance reporting, and service state transitions. Vendors should provide provisioning APIs for managing cloud services, along with comprehensive documentation and tutorials to facilitate use. Additional requirements include service management reporting (covering availability, cost, usage, and consumption), as well as asset and configuration management tools such as configuration audits and file integrity monitoring reports. The platform must be compatible with commonly used browsers and devices, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Windows and macOS desktops/laptops, as well as iOS and Android tablets and phones. The contract period is two years.
