(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic medical record solution.– The preferred solution must be completely integrated, EMR solution with comprehensive case, clinical, and financial management features.• Agency is currently seeking a new Electronic medical Record (EMR). It is imperative that the software meet the following criteria– The EMR should be user friendly and intuitive– Cloud based, data hosted by company– Capability to track clinician visit time, non–visit time and mileage– Documentation – Visit templates– SMART scheduling – scheduling assistance– Integration with other EMR’s and pharmacies is important– Customization to meet agency needs– Company should also offer Revenue Cycle Management– Referral management with interface capabilities– OASIS scrubber– Data analytics– HEC compatible– PressGaney – HHCAPS and IQUES compatible– Archive storage– Patient portal/link– Charges, payment, collections– Insurance eligibility and payment verification– Prior authorization (pre–cert) or retro authorization– Demographic entry(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025(3) The contract period will be for three years.
