A New York-based agency is seeking a cloud-based, integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution for a three-year contract. The desired EMR system should feature comprehensive clinical, case, and financial management functionality. Key requirements include user-friendly, intuitive design; secure cloud hosting by the vendor; the ability to track clinician visit times, non-visit activities, and mileage; robust documentation capabilities such as visit templates; and advanced scheduling tools like SMART scheduling assistance.
