(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic medical record and financial accounting system. – A web based web Solution that will enable the county to manage its electronic medical records and financial accounting system on one platform. – That system includes the following functionalities: electronic health records, computerized physician order entry, eprescribing, electronic mar/tar, lab and radiology results, 24–hour reporting, accidents and incidents, progress notes, clinical assessments, MDS, care planning, instructions, rehabilitation therapy documentation, document management, nutrition management, fall risk management, timely access to data systems, revenue cycle management, centralized billing processing, exception based workflow, automated workflow, claims management, bundled payments, regulatory items releases, collections, and resident trust fund. – Census management module–the ability to manage admissions, discharges and transfers (ADT) with pre–admissions and bed holds. – ePrescribing Module seamlessly approve and send narcotic orders and discharge orders to retail pharmacies electronically. – Electronic MAR/TAR Module solution for order reconciliation and scheduling, and integration with the electronic medication administration record and the electronic treatment administration record, – Lab, Radiology Results and Vital Sign Monitoring Modules to provide interoperability capabilities that make it easy to exchange information with external vendors, such as laboratories (Aculabs) and radiology (Patient Care Associates) and vital sign monitoring devices. – 24–Hour Reporting Module to maintain critical communications between shifts. – Accidents and Incidents Tracking Module that allows for accident and incidents to be created, reviewed and signed off by interdisciplinary team members. – Progress Notes Module that will automate certain parts of progress notes entry and add value to caregivers while streamlining the progress.
