The system should include electronic health records, computerized physician order entry, ePrescribing, electronic MAR/TAR, laboratory and radiology results, 24-hour reporting, accidents and incidents tracking, progress notes, clinical assessments, MDS, care planning, rehabilitation therapy documentation, document management, nutrition and fall risk management, and timely access to data systems.
