The State of Florida is seeking a vendor to provide electronic measuring technology paired with highly customizable data entry software featuring cloud integration and advanced database management capabilities.

The proposed solution should enable storing combined data in CSV files, which can then be uploaded to a cloud-based drive accessible by multiple users. The software must be available both as a downloadable application for tablets and as a web-accessible application for laptops. Key requirements include a flexible database structure capable of recording up to four levels of nested data, supporting two data tables, and accommodating over 80 customizable fields. Data fields should support a variety of entry types—including dropdown selections, free text, numbers, dates, and times—and incorporate functionalities such as automatic conversions, calculations, stopwatches, and GPS positioning.

It is essential for the system to offer a user-friendly interface similar in ease and flexibility to traditional pen-and-paper data recording.
