(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic license verification system. • Maintain a website that provides verification information and instructions to Licensees, and provides a means for communicating information to/from Licensee customers in a secure manner. • The website shall include the ability for a licensee to request an electronic verification to sent to another state board or to be sent to the state from another state board that provides verified data to contractor. • Ability to electronically complete and process Verification requests from physicians, physician assistants, and certified nurse aides in a secure manner within 24 hours of the request. • Ability to securely receive/import a file export from the State with Licensee data daily to use as accurate and up–to–date License Verification Data. • Develop, document, maintain and audit quality assurance and control procedures. • Provide a level of customer service to meet the reasonable needs of customers and the State, including responding to customer inquiries within 48 hours and during standard business hours from Monday through Friday.
