(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health records system to the government authority located in California.– The system should be a single, comprehensive solution to address public health and medication and case management workflows and documentation.• Must comply with all state and federal documentation, billing, and reporting requirements.• Must be a proven base system.• The integrated solution must meet the technical, support, service, and business requirement.• Potential proposers must demonstrate an ability to provide culturally competent services. Specifically, proposers must disclose the Electronic Health Records (EHR's) ability to adequately capture demographic data of diverse populations.• Medication management and administration.• Care team, nursing, physical and occupational therapy, and physician workflows and case management.• The EHR must provide real–time, customizable reporting tools based on Omaha System terminology.• The system must allow role–based and program–specific reporting dashboards for tracking performance and outcomes.• Reports must be exportable in multiple formats (e.g., CSV, Excel, PDF) and support direct integration with state and federal reporting databases.• The system must include or integrate with a Prior Authorization (PA) Application Programming Interface (API) that automates electronic prior authorization processes.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 18, 2025.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2025.
