A Utah-based organization is seeking a comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) software solution to support the management of confidential counseling and psychiatric services. The software must efficiently handle the records of approximately 1,000 clients per year, overseeing around 5,000 therapy sessions annually. Key functionalities include a robust scheduling system to coordinate the activities of 14 mental health counselors, two nurse practitioners, three graduate counseling interns, and three administrative support staff.

The EHR software must also accommodate a variety of clinical activities, such as individual, couple, and family therapy, psychiatric medication e-prescribing and management, group counseling sessions, outreach efforts, and the supervision of counseling interns. Additionally, the selected solution must ensure preservation and seamless migration of existing client data and clinical documentation to support continuity of care. The initial contract term is set for two years.
