(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health record system.– Support mobile access for all staff and contractors, including offline collection, via tablets, smartphones, and laptops – For end user devices, this should include minimum operating software (OS) version, browsers supported on various devices, minimum browser version, minimum random–access memory (RAM), and hard drive requirements.– Ability to capture of electronic signatures remotely – Support monitoring of diabetic clients (dashboard or alert to physician) – Provide intuitive and robust document management features to organize attached documents and images – Tracking live data of each targeted behavior/aggression on a wireless mobile app (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
