Vendor needs to provide electronic health record system. Agency is seeking an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system tailored to agency’s specific clinical, research, administrative, educational, and operational needs. The system must include patient communication tools, inventory management for retail goods, appointment scheduling, and revenue cycle management. The EHR must also enhance the quality of both primary and specialty eye care, support our teaching mission, and streamline clinical operations — all while reducing cognitive burden and preparing us for future integration with diagnostic technologies and artificial intelligence. The contractor must provide an EHR system that includes tools to manage patient care, billing, communication, and optical inventory. The system can be cloud–based or hosted on–site, but it must be flexible enough to support multiple clinic locations and up to 125 faculty, 450 students, and 175 staff using it at the same time. The system must support around 50,000 patient visits per year.
