(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health record solution.– The selected EHR must support the full continuum of care workflows, including referral, intake, assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, discharge, and post–discharge follow–up.– System must capture and track referral information, including source, date, reason for referral, and status updates, with the ability to transition directly into admission or intake workflows.– System must capture and track referral information, including referral source, date, reason for referral, and status.– System must track referral status and support automated notifications for pending actions.– System must support robust front desk and scheduling operations, including appointment management, provider calendar coordination, waitlist administration, and cancellation and rescheduling processes.– The system must also support recurring and group sessions, automated reminders, and real–time visibility of availability across locations, programs, and providers, with appropriate role–based access controls.– System must support waitlist management with automated notifications for available openings.– System should support group therapy scheduling, including configurable group capacity, enrollment management, and the ability to add or remove participants.– System must support collection and management of demographic, insurance, and consent information, including program–specific demographic data that can be modified over time.– System must document and manage service encounters, session notes, progress monitoring, and other data to support compliance and quality assurance.– System must support secure internal messaging or alerts for clinical and administrative requirements, including integration with email platforms (e.g., Microsoft Outlook), where applicable.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
