Vendor needs to provide electronic health record software. Agency aims to acquire an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system for the storage, processing, and securing of university health records. Selected vendor will be able to support approximately 90,000 records with a minimum of 300GB of storage space. Functional Review includes: Ability for the site to define and modify reason for visit, appointment type, schedule templates for each provider, and the ability to modify a provider's daily schedule without having to modify the template. The system must allow the definition and modification of multiple schedule templates for each provider, control which patient chart data elements are displayed in the header, and provide bi–directional interface with eRad for radiology orders, images, and returning reports from radiologists, with a required written implementation plan for eRad. Additionally, a separate testing instance of the EHR must be provided for testing functionality, updates, etc., before moving updates to the production instance, and the vendor must maintain the test environment.
