(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic fare management system.– Electronic Fare Management System (EFMS) composed of the smart card, fareboxes, ticket vending machines, platform validators, handheld validation and inspection units, customer service terminals and a web platform.– Photo smart card– Accessible smart card– Test Card– Card–based electronic fare systems in the following ways, describe the process and provide examples of customers.– Application software shall operate on our standard desktop suite of applications without considerable impact or reconfiguration of other software.– Mobile–compatible applications should be developed using responsive web design to allow for resizing and reorganization of data based on the viewing hardware device.– Accepts cash payment, prints ticket and transfers and accepts smart card payment via integrated smart card reader.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 12,2026.
