(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic document management solution to the government authority located in Michigan.– SaaS Software Solution and applicable Services.– Provide a plan for conducting an inventory of documents, migrating documents, and integrating the Software Solution.– Software Solution and applicable Services will provide a comprehensive electronic document management system.– Computing server software components including operating system (OS), middleware (e.g., Java runtime, .NET runtime, integration, etc.), database and other services to host applications.– Service Program currently includes Google (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).– Open source and third–party components, libraries, and dependencies included with or used in connection with the Solution (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.
