A vendor is sought to provide and implement an electronic dental records solution (EDRS) for use in Quebec. The system will serve as a comprehensive platform for the collection, management, storage, and sharing of dental patient data and information.

The EDRS must enhance patient care and safety by enabling rapid access to comprehensive patient data and facilitating point-of-care entry. The solution should support appointment scheduling, resource management, and the secure digital storage of personal patient information, including digital x-rays. In addition, it must allow for the sharing of patient data among authorized parties and the collation of data for program or service evaluation as well as for legal purposes.

Vendors with experience in secure healthcare IT solutions are encouraged to participate.
