All software is integrated into one enterprise level system and is equipped with the following applications:• Land Records, Land Records ERecording• Civil Courts, Integration with Efiling• Criminal court filings• Fines collection• IDV Court• Coroners Report filings• Public Web Portal, fee collection, support, hosting, and maintenance• Property Fraud Alert• Pistol Permits, Online portal for law enforcement, mobile program for gun shows– SoftwareSolution Records Management Suite (IQS proprietary records management software).– Document Number Override: The system should have the capability to override the primary logical index with a user–entered number, which then becomes the new incremental number. State the capability of the proposed system to allow the County to override the primary logical index.– Image Format: The system should store the images in an industry standard, non–proprietary format. This format should compress the images for efficient disk utilization without loss of data due to the compression.– Image Enhancement: The system should allow the operator to enhance images for greater clarity. The system should allow for adjustment of sharpness, contrast, resolution and reverse image. State the image enhancement features of the proposed system.– Maps: The proposed system must provide for the imaging and indexing of maps.
