The Evergreen State Fair in Washington is seeking a vendor to provide an integrated electronic and physical ticketing, point-of-sale (POS), and gate access system. This comprehensive solution will support ticket sales and admissions for gate entry, concerts, races, rodeo events, and carnival activities, with the ability to process e-ticketing and physical tickets both online and at the three main gate locations. The system must also offer photo ID credentialing through a web-based platform, ensuring consistent access control for employees, vendors, superintendents, and volunteers using printed passes or credentials.
Daily credit card transactions from online sales are to be posted to the County’s merchant account. The Fair’s key objectives include delivering accurate, streamlined, and accountable ticketing and credentialing processes; enhancing customer service through easy-to-use online and box office sales interfaces; and providing real-time and comprehensive reporting of ticket sales, revenues, and attendance. The solution should also include robust marketing capabilities across web, mobile, and social platforms.
The required system must support 24 selling locations and 35 scanning locations for Fair entry and Grandstand entry points, and include equipment such as box office POS terminals, gate scanning systems, credential printers, credential cardstock, and ticket stock. Web-based, mobile-friendly e-ticketing functionality should be available year-round. Responses to this solicitation should address all aspects of ticketing, credentialing, access control, and related equipment needs.
