(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical, instrumentation and control projects engineering services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.– Planning, studies, preliminary engineering, evaluation of alternatives, developing recommendations, troubleshooting Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), Siemens, and Allen Bradley equipment (protective relays, power meters, real time automation controllers) and engineering design.– Preparation and delivery of technical memorandum and reports.– Preparation and delivery of plans, specifications, and construction contract bid documents.– Engineering services during construction.– Operation and maintenance manuals, startup plans, and training.– Applications engineering.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.
