(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical infrastructure upgrade services to the government authority located in Napa, CA. – Provide professional architectural and engineering design, and additional services as required, for the above–referenced design–bid–build project. – services may include, but not be limited to, reports, assessments, studies, preliminary plans, working drawings, performance criteria, cost estimates, bidding solicitation support, and construction support.
