(1) Vendor needs to provide electric vehicle charger software and hardware procurement and replacement service to the government authority located in Redwood, CA. – Contractor to procure and commission EV charger management software and associated Level 2 EV charger hardware for public charging. – The software will be provided at six (6) sites, of which three (3) sites will also need new EV charging hardware. – Contractor will provide all supporting equipment and components to ensure a fully functioning system and will coordinate with the installation contractor to successfully commission the system at each site and for each EV charging port. • Throughout the duration of the software term, contractor shall provide the following: – 24/7 Driver support – Agency access to the online platform – Agency software support, including updating power management controls and driver fee structures – Remote monitoring and troubleshooting. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025.
