A government authority in Redwood, CA is seeking a qualified contractor to procure and commission electric vehicle (EV) charger management software and Level 2 EV charger hardware for six public charging sites. Of these six sites, three will require installation of new EV charging hardware in addition to the software solution. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and components to ensure the EV charging systems are fully operational at each site.
The selected contractor will also coordinate with an installation partner to commission the systems at each individual charging port. Ongoing support throughout the software term is required, including 24/7 driver assistance, agency access to an online management platform, software support for agency staff, updates to power management controls and fee structures, as well as remote monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain system performance.
