Vendor needs to provide election night reporting system – Replacement of the current election results monitoring software. The replacement system will be a Commercial Off The Shelf system (COTS), utilize a modern user experience that is scalable and secure and must be fully compatible with data generated by the Election Systems & Software (ESS) voting system. Host and maintain the website for election results reporting. Interactive geographic maps based on GIS data provided. All normally scheduled biennial elections. Ability to import both .CSV and .XML files that contain election data generated by the ES&S system. Ability to upload duplicate results files without modifying results which have already been updated using the same file. Results for each candidate or question by both the number of votes and a percentage of votes received. Ability to produce and display results for primary elections. Ability to display a customizable message in the event of a service disruption. Ability to produce test results pages which are for internal testing and quality control purposes. Private Staging and Test environment available to state team for testing and quality control. Include and migrate historical election results to the replacement system. Ability to remove and delete data, adhering to applicable data retention and privacy. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 03, 2026.
