Vendor needs to provide elearning development services.– To providing high quality, engaging, and accessible eLearning courses to enhance employee understanding, engagement, and decision–making across the organization. The Bank currently works with external developers to transform raw content provided by internal subject matter experts into comprehensive digital learning using agency–compliant tools, primarily Articulate Storyline and Rise (where permitted). These digital learning modules are hosted primarily on our agency SuccessFactors Learning Management System. All questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2025.
