The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Recon Construction Specialties LLC, for the construction of the EHRM Training and Administrative Space at the John Cochran VA Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. The project involves site preparation, demolition and removal of existing structures, as well as furnishing all necessary labor and materials to upgrade conference room space in Building 2 to meet current training and administrative requirements as per provided drawings and specifications.
This effort is in support of the Veterans Health Administration's goal to enhance electronic health record management (EHRM) infrastructure. Responses are to be submitted electronically by March 6, 2026.
