The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration is seeking potential sources for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project at the Kerrville VA Medical Center in Texas. The scope of work includes preparation of the site, demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete infrastructure upgrades as required by contract documents and drawings.

Key components of the project include electrical upgrades, bonding, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), integration with building management systems, HVAC improvements, reconfiguration and renovation of existing spaces, expanded and renovated Data Center facilities and communications infrastructure including Cat 6A cabling, physical security enhancements, upgrades to fiber infrastructure campus-wide, diversified WAN connectivity, and hazardous materials abatement. The work is planned for multiple buildings across the campus.

The competitive contract will be a firm-fixed-price arrangement following a design-bid-build approach with final specifications and drawings provided. The project magnitude is estimated between $10,000,000 to $20,000,000, with a planned duration of 730 calendar days. Respondents are requested to submit capability statements including company information, business size and type, bonding capacity, and relevant experience on comparable projects performed within the last seven years.
