The state of North Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to modernize its educator licensure system. The modernization project will include developing self-service capabilities, allowing users to reset passwords, submit applications online, pay fees, and print documents and forms on demand.

Additionally, the vendor will provide an interface for staff to efficiently evaluate, process, issue, renew, and revoke educator licenses. The project will also include dashboard features to support robust data analysis and reporting.

The contract for these services will be for a three-year term. Vendors should have demonstrated expertise in building modern, user-friendly licensing platforms with secure staff and applicant interfaces.
