(1) Vendor needs to provide educational and promotional videos production service. The objective is to educate the public on various educational programs, policies, and definitions, and provide the public with a better understanding of difficult or complex educational topics and matters. The selected vendor will be responsible for the end-to-end production of educational video content, including but not limited to: Content Development – Collaborate with agency staff to identify key topics, messages, and target audiences. Final determination of content area for production of videos will be in the sole determination of agency. Translate complex educational policies, programs, and terminology into clear, engaging narratives. Video Production – Produce animated educational videos on an as-requested, rolling basis. Vendors must propose a fixed price-per-video that covers all production services (content development, scripting, animation, voiceover, post-production, and delivery). Videos will average about five minutes in length, with the final length determined by agency based on the topic. Post-Production and Delivery – Provide editing, sound design, graphics, and branding consistent with agency guidelines. Deliver final videos in formats suitable for web, social media, and broadcast. Provide raw footage and editable project files upon request. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026.
