DESCRIPTION

The Kentucky Board of Auctioneers requires a qualified education consultant to provide educational support and services, including responding to examination and continuing education questions from staff and providers, reviewing and rewriting Board-approved examinations and study guides, and attending Board meetings. The initial contract term is anticipated to be from December 15, 2026, through June 30, 2028, with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year periods.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must provide a resume or curriculum vitae demonstrating education, credentials, training, and relevant professional experience
Must provide a description of experience developing, reviewing, revising, or maintaining professional licensing examinations and educational or study-guide materials
Must provide an example of at least one examination, study guide, educational material, or similar work product previously developed, reviewed, or revised
Must provide a letter of recommendation from a current or former client demonstrating professional conduct, responsiveness, subject-matter expertise, and timely completion of work
Must provide a narrative explaining experience in the review and application of statutes and regulations applicable to the Kentucky Board of Auctioneers
Must provide a narrative describing experience serving as a member of a board, commission, association, or other organization related to the practice of auctioneering
Must provide a narrative explaining experience as a licensee of the Kentucky Board of Auctioneers
