(1) Vendor needs to provide education and community engagement planning services.– To develop strategic, conceptual, and implementation–ready educational frameworks and engagement plans for the protecting cultural memory initiative.– Project orientation, research, and stakeholder engagement.– Stakeholder engagement with historians, educators, archivists, conservators, community partners, youth, and teaching artists.– Curriculum development and training planning the proposer shall develop a comprehensive education framework.– Training models for docents, teaching artists, and education staff.– Educational programming planning the proposer shall create a cohesive educational programming plan.– Program evaluation tools and measurement strategies.– Community engagement and teaching artistry planning.– A teaching artist engagement model, including recruitment, training, and content–alignment protocols.– Integration with facing the rising sun exhibition modernization planning.– Collaboration, communication and project management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5,2026.
