(1) Vendor needs to provide Edge Computing Mobile Learning Platform and Support Services.– Country of Destination: Algeria, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, and South Sudan– The assignment covers the deployment of a full mobile–based digital learning solution, including a mobile Learning Management System (LMS), Edge Computing System, content optimisation, data analytics, and technical support, for six African countries. The firm must deploy, localize, and maintain an LMS integrated with edge computing hardware to ensure offline learning continuity – A fully operational mobile–based LMS (100,000 licensed accounts for 3 years). – Localized, mobile–optimized teacher training content. – Edge computing units in each country (49 units total). – Operational community–of–practice features within the LMS. – Integrated data analytics dashboards and reporting tools. – Technical support and troubleshooting for at least 12 months.
