The vendor is required to provide services for the redesign, development, and implementation of an economic website using a content management system (CMS). The website will serve to promote and market the county as a destination for business and industry at regional, national, and international levels, offering comprehensive information to businesses that are new or looking to expand. Deliverables include a plan for migration and implementation from the current website to the newly redesigned site, ensuring a dynamic and unified look consistent with existing brand standards.

Site components must be developed and designed to feature dedicated pages for landing areas, industries, resources, business climate, available sites, and general information. The project includes creation of new content such as videography, photography, copywriting, copy formatting, and copy editing. The website must allow for GIS map integration and include a plan and implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices. Compatibility with all operating systems and browsers, including mobile devices, is required.

Vendors are also expected to provide technology and CMS for website development, discovery, branding, and adherence to design best practices. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 18, 2026.
